Payment & Cancellation Policy
Commitment to Your Growth
To ensure the best results for my clients, I dedicate time and resources to every session. To maintain a high level of service and accountability, the following policies apply:
1. Payment Terms
Advance Payment: All sessions or packages must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot on the calendar.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand that life happens. If you need to change our meeting time:
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without notice, the session will be forfeited.
3. Refunds
Because coaching is a collaborative process that requires commitment, I do not offer refunds once a session or package has begun. However, if you have concerns about our progress, I am fully committed to adjusting our strategy to ensure you get the value you deserve.
